Returns & Exchanges

At KickAss Products, we want you to love your new look. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
